1. Payment and Registration

Registration for any course at Alphabet Arabic Academy is considered complete only after full payment of the chosen package fees. By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


2. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning journey. Please review our refund rules carefully:

2.1 Full Refund (3-Day Window)

You may request a full refund within 3 calendar days from the date of registration, provided that no lessons have been attended or delivered. This applies only before your first scheduled session.

2.2 Partial Refund (After First Session)

If you wish to discontinue after the first session, you may request a refund of 50% of the cost of the remaining lessons. The value of lessons already attended will be deducted from the total paid amount.

2.3 No Refund

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • After 3 days from registration, if no refund request was submitted.
  • If you have attended more than 50% of the total lessons in your package.
  • If the refund request is made after the course completion date.
  • If the student violates our Terms and Conditions or code of conduct.

⚠️ Missed Lessons & Absence Policy

To ensure the effectiveness of our educational system and respect for the teacher’s time, the following rules apply regarding missed lessons:

  • Lessons missed without prior notice (minimum 24 hours) will be deducted from your balance and considered as completed lessons. No refund or make-up lesson will be provided.
  • In cases of emergency or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., illness, technical issues, family emergency), the Academy management may, at its sole discretion, offer a make-up lesson or reschedule without additional charge.
  • This discretionary decision is made on a case-by-case basis and is not a guaranteed right for the student.
  • Repeated unexcused absences (3 or more) may result in the termination of the course without refund, at the discretion of the administration.

This policy is designed to maintain the quality of our educational service and ensure fair treatment for both students and teachers.

Processing time: We will process your request within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
